Healthy living is such an important aspect in my life. Like a lot of women, I struggle to take care of myself as well as everyone else. I have made it a priority in my life to be the best "me" I can be. I love to be inspired and motivated by others. I welcome you to be a part of my journey and would love to be a part of yours. I do post a lot of vegan recipes, mainly because I cannot eat dairy. I will be the first to admit that I am a meat eating vegan. I do not promote veganism.
